Yeshi Wild and Brown Rice

Looking for the perfect dressing to spruce up your rice.  You won’t be able to eat rice any other way again!

  • 1 cup Wild and Brown Rice blend
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp of Salt
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Yeshi dressing


  1. Bring chicken broth and salt to a boil in a medium pot.  Add wild and brown rice blend and return to a simmer.  Reduce heat, cover and cook until tender and most of the water has been absorbed, 35-45 minutes.  Drain off any remaining water.
  2. Sprinkle sesame sesame seeds on top. Serve with a slice of lime and Yeshi of your choice.
  3. NOTE :  I used Ginger Sesame Yeshi.  All five flavors would pair nice with this recipe.  I pair the flavor based on the main course.
