Yeshi Wild and Brown Rice

- 1 cup Wild and Brown Rice blend
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Yeshi dressing
- Bring chicken broth and salt to a boil in a medium pot. Add wild and brown rice blend and return to a simmer. Reduce heat, cover and cook until tender and most of the water has been absorbed, 35-45 minutes. Drain off any remaining water.
- Sprinkle sesame sesame seeds on top. Serve with a slice of lime and Yeshi of your choice.
- NOTE : I used Ginger Sesame Yeshi. All five flavors would pair nice with this recipe. I pair the flavor based on the main course.
