This easy garden salad is colorful, delicious and easily customizable depending on the season. This salad is compatible with all five flavors of Yeshi. The perfect side dish to any meal!
Yeshi Garden Salad
- 8 cups of a salad mix blend
- 1/4 cup of pickled red onion
- 1 red pepper sliced julienne
- 1 carrot peeled and shaved thin
- half a hot house cucumber halved lengthwise and chopped
- 4 radishes ends trimmed, halved lengthwise and sliced
- Yeshi dressing of choice
- To assemble salad in a large bowl, combine salad mix, pickled onion, red pepper, carrot, cucumber and radishes. Serve with your choice of Yeshi dressing.
