Ingredients

For the Patties
  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • ½ cup gluten free bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 6 tbsp Original Yeshi
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic
  • 1/4 tsp of  salt & pepper
For the Burger
  • 6 gluten free buns
  • 6 slices of dill pickles
  • 12 Olives stuffed with pimentos
  • 6 romaine lettuce leaves
  • Condiments of choice (my son prefers smoky chipotle Yeshi)
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • 12 tooth picks for the olive eyes

Instructions

For the Patties
  1. Set out a large mixing bowl.  Add ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, Yeshi, and garlic.  Mix by hand until the meat mixture is smooth.
  2. Use a knife to cut and divide meat into 6 even portions.  Shape the meat into skillet patties.  Make sure to shape them slightly larger than the buns you plan to use, to account for shrinkage.  Dent the patties with a spoon in the middle so they don’t puff up as they cook.
  3. Set out a baking sheet with wax paper, to hold the patties.
  4. Warm up air fryer at approx. 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 mins.  Place patties in the Airfryer for 6 mins. (If the Airfryer is smaller you may have to cook in batches.
For the Burger
  • Toast Buns.
  • Spread condiments on the buns.
  • Cut mini triangles in the end of the cheese to look like teeth.
  • Assemble the burger as shown in the picture above.
