Ingredients
1 pound of fresh green beans , trimmed
1 pound of long-podded cow peas, trimmed
3 tbsp of butter
1/4 a cup of Yeshi original dressing
Pomegranate seeds for presentation
1/3 cup of silvered almonds
Parsley for garnish
Salt to taste
Instructions
Place green beans into a skillet and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until beans just start to soften, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and return to skillet.
Add butter and stir until melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
Add salt.
Place on a serving tray and drizzle all over with Yeshi original dressing.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds, slivered almonds and parsley, sprinkling over the beans.
