  • 1 pound of fresh green beans , trimmed
  • 1 pound of long-podded cow peas, trimmed
  • 3 tbsp of butter
  • 1/4 a cup of Yeshi original dressing
  • Pomegranate seeds for presentation
  • 1/3 cup of silvered almonds
  • Parsley for garnish
  • Salt to taste


  1. Place green beans into a skillet and cover with water; bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until beans just start to soften, 3 to 5 minutes.  Drain and return to skillet.
  2. Add butter and stir until melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add salt.
  4. Place on a serving tray and drizzle all over with Yeshi original dressing.
  5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, slivered almonds and parsley, sprinkling over the beans.
