Avocado & Chicken Smash Sandwich

  • 8 Slices of Bread (I used gluten free sourdough)
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1/4 bottle of Smoky Chipotle Yeshi
  • Fresh Lemon
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Toast Bread.
  2. Spread Smoky Chipotle Yeshi on the toast.
  3. Mash up avocado, add salt, pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Spread evenly on the toast.
  4. Slice the breast of the chicken.  Place around three slices (depending on the size) on top of the avocado.
  5. Drizzle the Smoky Chipotle Yeshi on the chicken.
  6. Serve & Enjoy!
